How to use this combined workflow
- Choose Live operating dashboard or Daily management summary, then define the period, operating date, source cut-off, KPI rules, preparer, and authorized reviewer.
- Enter each floor section or bank with installed and in-service machines, coin-in, actual and theoretical result, expected hold where used, occupancy, downtime, jackpots, handpays, open issues, source evidence, context, owner, and due date.
- Review availability, actual hold, actual-to-theoretical variance, weighted occupancy, downtime, event workload, issue load, overdue actions, data gaps, and material exceptions.
- Generate the selected manager-ready output, reconcile wording and figures to approved systems, assign follow-up, disclose limitations, and obtain authorized human approval before circulation.
Operational safeguard: The dashboard and daily summary use the same source-controlled data, but neither establishes why a section, bank, or machine performed as recorded. Reconcile slot accounting, monitoring, meter, jackpot, handpay, technical, promotion, occupancy, and floor-change evidence before conclusions or action.
