Primary reviewer: Casino Shift Manager
Use when: The active shift needs one coordination view of incidents, staffing pressure, delayed reports, service risks, controls, and handover items.
Primary management question: What requires coordination during this shift, who owns it, and what must be handed over or escalated?
Not for: Monthly performance judgment or long-range business review.

Primary reviewer: Table Games Manager / Shift Manager
Use when: Pit and game performance, fills, credits, ratings, hold, theoretical variance, table activity, and supervisor actions need one reviewed view.
Primary management question: What is happening across the pits and games, which movements require explanation, and what control or follow-up is needed?
Not for: Treating one-period hold or win as proof of performance or misconduct.

Use when: The slot floor needs a live operating view and a reconciled daily brief from the same section, availability, performance, downtime, jackpot, handpay, and issue register.

Use when: Accountable balances, receipts, disbursements, actual values, variances, reconciliation, evidence, approval, and corrective actions need restricted oversight.
Primary management question: Which accountable areas reconcile, which variances remain open, what controls are active, and who must resolve each exception?
