Practical Hardware for a Casino Reporting Layer

ReportHub is built for casinos that already have a CMS and existing terminals. It does not ask the casino to buy a new casino system. It needs one controlled place to run the reporting app, store uploaded files, process OCR when needed, and support optional local AI. The prices below are only hardware and standard software-environment estimates. They do not include CasinoOpsAI app price, implementation service, training, support, tax, shipping or import duty.

Choose the server by the real reporting workload, not by AI hype

Clean Excel and CSV exports are easy. Scanned PDFs, screenshots, poor report images and local AI need more memory, storage and sometimes a graphics card. Most casinos do not need an enterprise AI server to start.

For Owners and GMs

The simple version: one reporting server, existing terminals

The casino keeps its current CMS. Staff keep using the same computers. ReportHub runs on one server or one isolated VM and opens in a browser as an internal, access-controlled site. This describes the deployed server product inside the casino; it is not a public ReportHub browser app on CasinoOpsAI.com.

What the server does

It receives CMS exports, Excel files, PDFs, screenshots and department reports. It stores them, checks them, sends unclear items to review and prepares reports from approved data.

What the casino terminals do

Live games, cash desk, slots, surveillance, bar, host and manager users open the system from their existing PCs. Those PCs do not need special AI hardware.

Where AI fits

AI is optional. It can help read difficult reports, explain KPI movement and draft manager wording. It does not approve cash, gaming results, incidents or staff action.

  • ReportHub is an add-on reporting layer. It does not replace the casino CMS.
  • For clean Excel, CSV and normal PDF reports, hardware can stay modest.
  • For scanned PDFs, screenshots and image-heavy reports, the server needs more RAM and may need an NVIDIA GPU.
  • For casinos with 10–15 internal users, the Medium option is usually the best balance.
  • If the casino already has a good server, a separate VM may be enough.
  • The safest setup keeps ReportHub separate from the live CMS database and uses exports, controlled import files or read-only access.
Plain recommendation: start with the Medium option if buying hardware, or the comfortable VM requirement in the fifth tab if the casino wants to use its own server.

Casino IT Option

If the casino wants to use its own server

This is often the easiest way to start. The casino provides a separate VM or isolated environment on its existing infrastructure. ReportHub stays separate from the live CMS application and database.
