What file types can be uploaded to ReportHub?
ReportHub accepts PDFs, Excel files, CSV exports, screenshots, and scanned documents. The system extracts structured data from each upload before routing it through the manager review queue.
What happens when extracted data looks uncertain or incomplete?
Uncertain or incomplete extractions are automatically flagged and held in a manager review queue. No data enters official records until a manager has reviewed and approved it.
Can ReportHub be used by one department before expanding to others?
Yes. The preferred rollout is department by department. Start with one department report type, confirm the extraction and approval workflow, then expand to additional departments at your own pace.
Can ReportHub generate AI summaries without manager approval?
No. AI summaries are generated only from approved records. Raw uploads and unreviewed extractions are excluded from all AI features until a manager has signed off.
Is this online casino software or player-facing?
No. ReportHub is a back-of-house operational tool for land-based casino staff. It handles internal department reports, manager approvals, audit records, and operational dashboards. It has no player-facing features and no connection to online gambling.
