How to use this tool
- Choose the Live Games or Cage template, define the audience, observable objective, approved references, delivery method, boundaries, and assessment authority.
- Build the timed sequence with learner-visible facts, expected actions, evidence requirements, facilitator-only prompts, risks, weights, and critical-control flags.
- Deliver the exercise with separate learner and facilitator materials, then record observed decisions, score, critical misses, debrief evidence, and remediation.
- Generate the controlled training pack and session record for qualified human review, approval, and transfer to the official training process.
Training safeguard: Use approved procedures, fictional or authorized sanitized data, qualified facilitators, controlled learner and facilitator access, and human assessment. Do not expose live cases or use one scenario score as automatic certification, authorization, employment, or disciplinary evidence.
